What is the Bulletin?
The Bulletin is a journal consisting of abundantly
illustrated articles on historic, artistic, and technical aspects of
timekeeping, concise reviews of horological books, members opinions
and comments, research findings and requests, the State Of The
Association, dates to remember, plus news and announcements of
chapter, regional, and National activities.
The Bulletin is published six times yearly in alternate
months beginning with the February issue and ending with the
December issue. Members are welcome to view the table of contents of
recent
Bulletin issues on-line.
How can a member contribute to the Bulletin?
Writing Articles
Members are invited to submit manuscripts for possible
publication in the Bulletin. We simply ask that your topic be
horologically relevant, and your writing concise and of a suitable
length to your subject matter. After your article is peer-reviewed,
edited, and prepared in page form, the pages are sent to you for
final approval. Once approved, the article will be scheduled for
publication.
The Answer Box
For answers to questions about a particular
clock, watch, tool, or other horological item, the Answer Box may be
of help to you. This section of the Bulletin specifically
addresses questions submitted by NAWCC members. Simply send your
question along with a self-addressed and stamped envelope to: The
Answer Box, NAWCC, Inc., 514 Poplar St., Columbia, PA 17512.
Chapter Highlights
Members are welcome to contribute to the Chapter Highlights
section of the Bulletin by sending brief reports of local
chapter activities. Your contribution will keep NAWCC members
informed and could possibly encourage members to participate in
regional and chapter meetings.
