HELP NAWCC COMPETE FOR A PEPSI GRANT

At the present time, the NAWCC has been approved and is in competition for a special project funding grant from the Pepsi Cola Company.

Our qualifying project is for a new HVAC system for the National Watch & Clock Museum. Our current HVAC system is a real beast; it isn't very cost effective or environmentally friendly,so it takes a lot of association funding to keep it running. With the help of Pepsi Cola Company, we hope to replace it.

That's where YOU come in. Pepsi Cola will award this grant to only a few applicants, based on a voting procedure. Whoever gets the most online votes will win the grant money.

Since Pepsi is giving these grants out, there's no reason why the NAWCC shouldn't avail ourselves of the opportunity to gain this funding. The amount of money saved will be reflected directly in our overall budget, with a potential savings of $250,000 that won't have to come out of your dues money. The saved dues money can then be earmarked for other, less mundane projects with a greater horological benefit for all.
