The International Society of Talking Clock Collectors (ISTCC) was initiated to provide a forum for those interested in not only talking clocks, but the psychology of TIME in general.  The specific purposes of the ISTCC shall be: (A) To foster interest in collecting talking clocks; (B) To promote
talking clocks as an assistive tool for those persons who are sight impaired; (C) To facilitate the sale or purchases of talking clocks by members; (D) To cooperate with individuals and with other organizations in exhibiting talking clocks; (E) To collect and preserve talking clocks for posterity.  McKinley's Talking Clock Collection has been recognized by the Guinness World Book, Inc. as the World's largest Collection of Talking Clocks (782). The ISTCC is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit charity organization.

A virtual museum was created in 2010 and the ISTCC Virtual Museum showcases hundreds of talking clocks from the "first (circa 1910) through the early 70's to the present in an amazing variety of styles from such manufacturers as Timex, Howard Miller, Seiko, Radio Shack, Pulsar. There is a multi page photo gallery that includes the voice on many clocks just so one can hear the ‘talking” part of talking clocks. Some are pretty cute, some clever, some irritating, and some are rather humorous.  The Museum: http://www.talkingclocks.net/  And the book: TICk TOCk TALK: The History and Significance of Talking Clocks, was published by the NAWCC, 2010.
