The Repair Center was opened in 2009. At the Repair Center, timepieces are repaired by recent graduates of the School of Horology, who work in an apprenticeship setting under the supervision of School instructors. All completed work is checked by a School instructor before returned to the owner. Apprentices normally work at the Repair Center for one year.

Timepieces can be dropped off Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Repair Center is closed Saturday and Sunday. Timepieces can also be mailed to the Repair Center: NAWCC Repair Center, 454 Poplar St., Columbia, PA  17512.

A free estimate of the cost to repair a timepiece is ordinarily provided within two weeks. The Repair Center will phone the customer with an estimate of cost. Repair prices vary and usually cannot be given until the timepiece has been examined.

The turnaround time for repairs depends on several factors, including current backlog and availability of parts. If a customer requires the return of a timepiece by a certain date, he or she should let the Repair Center know prior to the start of work on the timepiece. The Repair Center will try to have the timepiece repaired by the requested due date but cannot guarantee this.

There is a one-year guaranteed warranty on all jobs repaired by the Repair Center.
