NAWCC Website Help

YOUR NAWCC MEMBER ACCOUNT

Membership in the NAWCC entitles you to your own NAWCC web account, which will enable you to use special features on the association website as well as to log in and use our assorted digital services.

Your Member Log in name will be the email address we currently have on file for your membership account. Your password can be anything you'd like, though you'll have to set it (or have us set it for you).

If you are an NAWCC member but don't have your online account set up, simply contact us by emailing us HERE and we will register your email address and assign you a temporary password.

MEMBER LOGIN

The Member Login button is located in the upper right hand corner of every main page of the NAWCC website. Use this button for access to the Message Board, the online Bulletins, your NAWCC account information, and the Community site.

Click on the Member Login button and the NAWCC Logon page will open.

Enter your eMail Address and Password and click the brown Log On button.

To change your password, click on the link to Member Central;

Then click on Manage My Account under the NAWCC MEMBER SERVICES box at the middle of the page.

Click on the ID & password link and follow the instructions.

 

MESSAGE BOARD

If you’re trying to access the NAWCC Message Board, log in as above.

Then click on the link to the Message Board (left hand Main Menu column).

That will automatically log you onto the Message Board.

 

SPECIAL MEMBER RESOURCES

To access the Bulletins, Supplements, Videos and other scanned data online:

Once you have Logged on, click on Member Central. On the Member Central page click on Member Resources towards the bottom of the page. (if you forgot to log on you will be prompted to do so). A page will open with all the current Member Resources available. You can read the current Bulletin, Past Bulletins, view Videos and look through the Hamilton Databases. More resources will be added as time goes by.

 

NAWCC COMMUNITY SITE

To access the Community site:

Click on the Community link (top middle of home page).
Click on My Network.
Enter your email address and password (if you haven't already)

 

MUSEUM COLLECTION

You can also view much of the Museum Collection from the Museum Page. Hover the mouse over the Museum Collection link at the left of the page and click on Search the Collection. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Graphic.

 

PAYING DUES

If you need to pay your dues, click on the Member Central link. Toward the bottom center of the page are the NAWCC MEMBER SERVICES options. Click MANAGE MY ACCOUNT and then click on Billing. Your invoice amount should be waiting there for you, all you need to do is to click on Add to Cart and it will step you through the process. If you want to change your subscription (add magazines, upgrade the dues subscription, etc.) click on the Reset Now button and it will take you to the selection page for Dues Options.

 

REGISTER TO USE THE 4Sale$NAWCC eMART

Registering on the 4Sale$NAWCC trading site is a 3 step process.

The first step is to login using your NAWCC Login, which uses your email address and a password (see below for the password I have assigned you).

Go to http://4sale.nawcc.org and login using the blue NAWCC LOG IN button.

Once you have logged in with the NAWCC Login you can then proceed with the second step of Registering.

A page will open, click the radio button next to the sentence that reads:

  • Member Basic: Most members will find this the most economical way to meet their needs.   This level includes up to 5 free ads at anytime plus two free photos per ad.

Click the Submit button.

The Registration page will open up.

Your required information should already be there (only the boxes next to the words in blue are required).

At the bottom of the page you are requested to enter a Username and a Password and confirm the password.

This may be confusing because this username and password are used by the 4sale Classifieds program to identify you. Think of it as a display name for others when they are viewing your items listed for sale.

Since you are an NAWCC member you should always use the blue NAWCC LOG IN button to access the 4sale site (as well as the main NAWCC site and the Message Board).

Accept the terms of use and click on the Submit button.

You will then receive a confirmation email to which you need to reply (instructions are in the email).

Then you can login to the 4sale site.

PS - For the question in the Security Warning Box that may pop up from time to time, you can reply No (unless you are entering credit card information) since it is asking you if you want to see just secure information or all of it and you do want to see all of it.  The secure HTTPS is used by the website to encrypt and protect credit card information that is transmitted at the time of purchase.
