Bequests

One of the most meaningful ways you can ensure that the work of the NAWCC continues for generations to come is by including the Association in your estate plan. A bequest is a powerful and cost-effective way to make the NAWCC part of your legacy.

A legacy gift costs nothing today but can create a lasting impact tomorrow. Your gift allows the NAWCC to solidify planning over the next several years, further our mission and steward your values far into the future.

Making a bequest is simple. You can name the NAWCC in your will or trust, or as beneficiary in an investment account or life insurance policy. Your bequest can take the form of cash, securities, or cherished objects – such as timepieces or other valuables that reflect your passions.

Your bequest can be directed to the NAWCC endowment or to any of the operating funds of the Association. A gift at the operating level grants flexibility to the NAWCC to address immediate needs and priorities. A gift to the endowment will be used to fund major initiatives and capital projects in the future. In either case, your gift can be directed toward a specific area of our work such as the National Watch & Clock Museum, the Library & Research Center, or the School of Horology, including scholarship support.

We would be honored to recognize your bequest intention by including you in our 1943 Heritage Society listing. You may, of course, remain anonymous if you prefer.
