The NAWCC is an approved organization in Pennsylvania’s Special Organization Plate Program. Pennsylvania residents who are NAWCC members may apply for a specialty license plate featuring the iconic Museum Tower Clock and nawcc.org branding. A $36 organization fee, fully tax-deductible, supports the mission of the National Watch & Clock Museum. As of July 1, 2025, PennDOT has updated its pricing: the standard plate fee is now $34, and personalization (if selected) is $136.

Example total for a standard passenger car plate (non-personalized):
$36 (organization fee) + $34 (PennDOT fee) = $70
